Description
The wild bergamot or bee balm, is a wildflower in the mint family. his plant, with showy summer-blooming pink to lavender flowers, is often used as a honey plant, medicinal plant, and garden ornamental. Wild bergamot often grows in rich soils in dry fields, thickets, and clearings, usually on limy soil. Available as bergamot seed packets, plugs, or in 9cm pots. It is quite a high height perennial growing to around 90cm tall, great to add height to summer borders.
