*excluding Highlands and Islands – an additional charge may apply for these areas in which case we will contact you prior to sending your order to agree this

Our current dispatch times are:
UP TO 3 DAYS FOR ORDERS CONTAINING ONLY SEEDS, UP TO 14 TO 21 DAYS FOR ALL OTHER ORDERS.

Yellow Rattle plugs will be available until mid May 2024, and orders for these will be sent promptly.

Other annual plug species such as Corn Poppy, Cornflower, Corncockle, Corn Chamomile, Corn Marigold, Heartsease/ Wild Pansy, Field Forget-me-not and Borage will be sent out in May 2024. The cold spring weather has unfortunately delayed many of these species being ready.

We are still sending all of our products to Northern Ireland without issue.

All carriage charges include VAT at 20%.

Standard shipping charges:
£3.00 for orders containing only seed packets
£5.99 on all other orders

Courier and Signed for Service charges:
£9.95 on all orders

Our courier will leave the parcel in a particular place should you be out if you specify a safe place to leave in the box within the Delivery Information area.

The Courier Service is a normally 24hr service from time of dispatch not accounting for unseen circumstances i.e Weather and breakdowns,  it is not a guarantee that an order will be sent out to arrive before 4pm the day following an order – our normal turnaround times apply.

If you require your order on a particular day please detail this in the box within the Delivery Information area.

Our courier will leave the parcel in a particular place should you be out if you specify a safe place to leave in the box within the Delivery Information area at checkout

EU & International Delivery

Delivery outside of the UK:

Following the end of the transition period after the exit of the UK from the European Union it is now somewhat harder and more expensive for us to send outside of the United Kingdom.

We are able to send (without too much trouble) seeds and/or dormant bulbs that can cope with the typical transit time including customs checks of 7 to 14 days, carriage cost for these orders would be in the region of £60.00. Plants and live bulbs can be sent outside of the UK at far higher cost that is likely to be in the region of £300.00 including phytosanitary certificate, these need to be sent using a much quicker service which is 2 to 3 days transit time.

Online Orders – Delivery Schedule

This assumes all of the items on your order are available now, if some of the items ordered indicate they will be delivered later in the product description then the following will apply:

If the items that are not available now will become available within the next 4 weeks, then your order will be held until this time and as many items as possible will be delivered at this stage. Any items that are for delivery later than this period will be delivered separately later.

Additionally, please be aware of seasonal despatch dates for products:

• Pond plants are normally sent between May and September (inclusive)
• Autumn planting bulbs are normally sent between mid August and December (inclusive)
• Spring planting bulbs (bulbs in the green) are normally sent between January and April (inclusive)
• Bareroot Hedging is normally sent between mid November and March (inclusive)
