Description

Its roots have been used to make a yellow dye called “weld” since the first millennium BC, although the related plant Reseda luteola was more widely used for that purpose.  Wild Mignonette produces alot of seed which can remain viable for a long time. they are also at home in many habitats on well drained soil.
