Seed Mixture (Per kg)

A mix of 9 native wildflower species and 6 species of grass (NVG). All the wildflower species in this mixture are fairly strong growing in comparison to other wildflowers, and therefore this mix is best on soils of high fertility where other wildflowers would not survive. This mix is designed for large projects where the cost needs to be kept to a minimum. With the correct management (principally the annual mowing and removal of cuttings) the fertility of the soil can be reduced to such a level that the introduction of other species; either by sowing or by planting plug plants can be considered.

Mix is 95% Grasses to 5% Wildflowers by weight.

Sowing Rate: 5g per square metre, 20Kg per acre, 50kg per hectare
