Description

Known as houndstongue, houndstooth, dog’s tongue, gypsy flower, and rats and mice due to its smell. It lives in wet places, sand dunes, waste land and hedges. It is toxic to cows and is specially dangerous to pasture owners.

Often this species needs to be planted just before the frost or needs a long period of cold for Stratification, so its seed dormancy can be overcome.
