Secondly, a will appear in the bottom of the screen - if you have the latest security patch from Microsoft, (download from their 'updates' site - click here) you will be able to connect using 128bit security - the latest standard in encryption. Older browsers may only offer 40bit encryption - if this is the case, we strongly recommend you use the Microsoft update facility. To check, simply hold the cursor steady over the padlock when it appears at the bottom of the screen - a dialog box will appear detailing the security level.
