Delivery Information
First Class Post charges:
£3.00 on all orders

Before 4pm Courier Service charges:

The before 4pm Courier Service is a 24hr service from time of despatch, it is not a guarantee that an order will be sent out to arrive before 4pm the day following an order- our normal turnaround times apply.

If you require your order on a particular day please detail this in the box within the Delivery Information area above.
Our courier will normally require a signature, however they will leave the parcel in a particular place should you be out if you specify a safe place to leave in the box within the Delivery Information area above.

Delivery Information Every effort is made to despatch your order as soon as possible, and the vast majority of orders are sent within the timeframe given below, if you have not received your order within 4 working days (seed only) or 8 working days (all other orders) please contact us.

To clarify the statement on the right tab of the catalogue: "2 working days for seeds, 5 working days for plants"
this means that orders containing only seed will be despatched in 2 working days, all other orders will fall into the 5 day category.

Additionally please be aware of seasonal despatch dates for products:

Pond plants are normally sent between May and September (inclusive)
Autumn planting bulbs are normally sent between mid August and December (inclusive)
Spring planting bulbs are normally sent between February and April (inclusive)
Bareroot Hedging is normally sent between mid November and March (inclusive)

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included (where applicable) in all prices shown. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We host our website using clara net (see www.clara.net) - as part of the service, they provide us with our ssl connection - for this reason, when you enter our secure area, our url becomes https://clarahost.clara.net/www.naturescape.co.uk. This provides us with 128bit ssl secured connection to take credit card information securely to and from our website - check for the golden padlock at the bottom of the page

WE RESERVE THE OPTION TO REPLACE ANY DEFECTIVE SEED FREE OF CHARGE OR TO REFUND ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO US BY THE BUYER IN RESPECT OF ANY DEFECTIVE SEEDS AND THIS SHALL BE THE LIMIT OF OUR OBLIGATION. THE GIVING OR SENDING OF AN ORDER CONSTITUTES AN ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS BY THE BUYER.
